HaruDetailCo Ceramic Coating Care and Maintenance Policy

At HaruDetailCo, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality ceramic coating services to enhance and protect the appearance of their vehicles. To ensure the longevity and effectiveness of the ceramic coating, we have implemented the following care and maintenance policy. Please read and adhere to these guidelines to maintain the warranty on your ceramic coating.

1. Initial Care Period:

  • Avoid washing or exposing the vehicle to harsh elements for the first seven (7) days after the ceramic coating application.

  • Do not apply any additional waxes or sealants during this period.

2. Regular Maintenance:

  • Wash the coated vehicle regularly using a pH-neutral car wash soap.

  • Use a microfiber wash mitt and a grit guard to prevent scratching.

  • Dry the vehicle with a clean, soft microfiber towel or air blower.

  • Avoid using abrasive brushes, sponges, or automatic car washes with brushes.

3. Contaminant Removal:

  • Promptly remove bird droppings, tree sap, and insect remains to prevent damage to the coating.

  • Use a designated ceramic coating-safe detailing spray for spot cleaning.

4. Professional Inspection:

  • Schedule an annual professional inspection with HaruDetailCo to assess the condition of the ceramic coating.

  • Any issues identified during the inspection must be addressed promptly to maintain warranty eligibility.

5. Avoid Harsh Chemicals:

  • Do not use abrasive or solvent-based cleaners on the coated surfaces.

  • Avoid contact with gasoline, brake fluid, and other harsh chemicals.

6. Prohibited Car Wash Practices:

  • Avoid Drive-Through Car Washes with Brushes: Do not utilize drive-through car wash facilities that employ abrasive brushes. These brushes can cause micro-scratches and diminish the effectiveness of the ceramic coating over time.

  • Opt for Touchless Car Washes: If utilizing automatic car washes, choose touchless options that use high-pressure water jets and gentle detergents to clean the vehicle without physical contact.

7. Guarantee to fix any issues

  • HaruDetailCo stands behind the quality of our ceramic coating services.

  • In the unlikely event of any issues arising with the ceramic coating during the warranty period (If within policy), HaruDetailCo guarantees to fix the issues at no additional cost to the customer.

  • To avail of this guarantee, promptly report any issues to HaruDetailCo and follow the procedures outlined in the "Reporting Issues" section.

Warranty Revocation:

  • The warranty on your ceramic coating is contingent upon adherence to the care and maintenance guidelines outlined above.

  • Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the revocation of the warranty.

  • In the event of warranty revocation, HaruDetailCo reserves the right to charge for any corrective services required.

Reporting Issues:

  • If you encounter any issues with your ceramic coating, contact HaruDetailCo promptly.

  • We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action based on the terms of the warranty.

By adhering to these guidelines, you contribute to the longevity and effectiveness of your ceramic coating aswell as our limited lifetime warranty.
